What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write. We also receive a hidden honeypot field used only for automated abuse filtering; it should remain empty.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this website. No third-party trackers receive your browsing behavior from our pages.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain records of business correspondence. Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interests in managing prospective client relationships.
Storage and retention
Inquiry submissions are received by our same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry and stored in our business systems. We retain messages for as long as needed to complete the conversation and meet accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie notice). We do not copy that preference to our servers.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We use providers only when necessary to operate email and hosting, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@schemavalley.digital and we will respond within reasonable timeframes set by the PDPA.
Security
We apply access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS) for form submissions. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive credentials through the inquiry form.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised date when practices change.
